Issue Product / Package Material Health Certificate for Export

This service is used to Issue health certificate for Food\Consumer\ Veterinary products for establishments who want to export their products from RAK,UAE to any other countries.

Step 1

UAE PASS Registration, you must have a valid EID

Step 2

Submit health certificate request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fees

Step 4

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Upon approval, Health Certificate will be generated, sent to customer email where he can download the product certificate electronic copy

Service Prerequisites

Service Prerequisites

  1. Establishment Registration / Update Information

To use PHD automated services, customer must head to PHD Customer Happiness Center to register his Establishment and update his information for the 1st time, and provide the below documents:

  1. License copy
  2. Lease Contract / Title Deed
  3. Download and fill the  Establishment update information form & provide to Customer Happiness team in PHD (Owner / manager / Representative contacts, EID number)
  4. Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID and contact information

N.B. In case Manager / owner is not mentioned in license

 

  1. Individual Registration

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. UAE Pass Registration
  2. Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID/ Passport Number and contact information
  3. Present EID / Passport Copy

Service Conditions

All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.

1. Submit the required documents to start the service 
2. Pay the request fees in order to proceed with the request
3. The Request fees should be 200 AED per health certificate 
4. The health certificate should be valid for 3 months from date of issuance, for long shelf life products (more than 3 months), and valid till the expiry date of the short shelf life products (less than 3 months).
5. Each health certificate has  max 10 products per certificate 

Processing Time

1 to 8 working days from the date of request / application submission

  1. Product invoice
  2. Packing list
  3. Products analysis report
  4. Certificate of origin

** issue Packaging  Material Health certificate Documents:

  1. Letter containing the invoice number & total weight for each product and the total consignment
  2. Commercial Invoice
  3. Packing List (Total Cases & Total Weight)
  4. Product Analysis Report
  5. Certificate of Origin
