This service allows customers to renew a real estate office license

Step 1

Sign up using portal account

Step 2

Submit renewal registration of real estate offices in the land register request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Present at municipality for singing Minutes or mortgage contract

Step 4

Pay requested fees.

Step 5

The concerned department will review the request and take a decision

Step 6

Upon approval, a certificate will be issued -The owner will be notified via email or he can receive the original one from municipality (the customer happiness center )
