Issue Product / Package Material Free Sale Certificate

This service is used to Issue free sale certificate for Food\Consumer\ Veterinary products for establishments who want to trade their products inside RAK,UAE 

Step 1

UAE PASS Registration, you must have a valid EID

Step 2

Submit Free sale certificate request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fees

Step 4

The concerned section / department will Review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Upon approval, free sale Certificate will be generated, sent to customer email where he can download the product certificate electronic copy

Service Fees

100 AED per Certificate

Service Conditions

All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.

  1. Submit the required documents to start the service
  2. Pay the request fees in order to proceed with the request
  3. The Request fees should be 100 AED per free sal certificate
  4. The free sale certificate should be valid for 1 year from date of issuance.

Each free sale certificate has  max 10 products per certificate

1 working day working days from the date of request / application submission

  1. Products analysis report
  2. Other attachments if required

** issue Packaging Material Free Sale certificate:

  1. Company Letter containing invoice number & total weight for each product and the total consignment
  2. Commercial Invoice 
  3. Packing List (Total Cases & Total Weight)
  4. Product Analysis Report
