This service provides a facility for any Individual to file a complaint against issues related to any department or its services. The individual can upload the supporting document for lodging a complaint. Email notification will be sent to user for any action taken by the department.
The user can track the complaint to see the status and actions from department.
Click on the Lodge complaint Link from Home page.
Enter the required data and select the department on which you want to lodge complaint. Upload the supporting documents if any.
Submit the form and you will receive mail confirmation on complaint with Complaint ID.
