This service is designed to facilitate and speed up issuing Courts Department applications by sending requests and receiving the reply electronically, which makes it easier to communicate with Courts department. This will contribute to saving time and effort as well as helping to speed up processing the request.
The applicant can fill in and upload the related documents and then receive SMS and e-mail messages containing the reference number to track the status of the application. This service is available for registered users only on RAK e-Government Portal.
Login as a registered user on RAK.ae, or use the service directly as unregistered user by clicking on "Start Service".
Enter all the required fields and attach all the required documents that could support your application, such as the Emirates ID and other required documents.
Pay the required fees online.
Collect the requested documents electronically or by coming to the department in some cases.
Copy of the applicant Emirates ID or Copy of the applicant passport.
