This service allows the owner to issue ownership when merging two lands or more
Sign up using portal account
Submit merge properties request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents
Pay requested fee
The concerned department will review the request and take a decision
Upon approval, Title deed will be issued -The owner will be notified via email or he can receive the original Title deed from municipality (the customer happiness center )
500 AED per property + fees for adding facilities ( built up lands)
All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.
In case of owner death : its required to submit legacy document \ power of attorney – if available \ personal documents ( ID’s) for all inheritors.
