Law No. (3) of 2024 On Amending Some Provisions of Law No. (16) of 2023 On Judicial Fees in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Ruler After perusal of Constitution; And Federal Decree-Law No. (31) of 2021 on Promulgating Crime & Penal Law, as amended; And Federal Law No. (6) of 2022 on Delinquent Juveniles and Vulnerable to Delinquency; And Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2022 on Promulgating Criminal Procedures Law; And Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2022 on Promulgating Civil Procedures Law; And Law No. (2) of 2012 on Establishing Public Prosecution, as amended; And Law no. (5) of 2012 on Regulating Judiciary, as amended; And Law No. (16) of 2023 on Judicial Fees in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate; have promulgated the following Law: Article (1) Judicial Fees Table attached to Law no. 16 of 2023 on Judicial Fees in Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah starting from serial no. 106 under title Criminal Lawsuits shall be partially replaced by the attached table. Upon proposal of Attorney General, the Judicial Council President may issue a resolution on a table of judicial fees for other applications submitted to Public Prosecution that not stated within the attached fees table and the Attorney General deems assigning a special fee therefor that not exceeding 300 dirhams. Article (2) This Law shall come into force as date of 01/07/2024 and each text violates or contradicts with provisions thereof shall be repealed and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
