Emiri Decree No. (14) of 2024 On Amending the Emiri Decree No. (8) of 2005 on Establishing Saqr Charity Foundation We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Ruler After perusal of Emiri Decree No. (8) of 2005 on Establishing Saqr Charity Foundation; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following: Article (1) The text of Article (2) of Emiri Decree no. (8) of 2005 on Establishing Saqr Charity Foundation shall be amended to become as follows: “Saqr Charity Foundation shall be considered a private and non-profit foundation with the legal personality and capacity necessary to achieve objectives thereof and exercise its competences and it shall have financial and administrative independence”. Article (2) This Decree shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette. Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Ruler Promulgated by us on this day twenty second of Dhul Qidah 1445H. Corresponding to thirtieth of May 2024G.
