Law NO.(3) of 2022 On Amending Name of Ras Al Khaimah Center for Statistics and Studies We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah After perusal of Law No.2 of 2016 on Establishing Ras Al Khaimah Center for Statistics and Studies; And based on what is required by public interest; Have promulgated the following Law: - Article (1) A. The name of Ras Al Khaimah Centre for Statistics and Studies shall be amended to become" Ras Al Khaimah Center for Statistics". B. The name of the Center shall be amended in accordance with provisions of paragraph (A) of this Article wherever it is mentioned in Law No. 2 of 2016. Article (2) This law shall come into force as date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette. Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Issued by us on this day twenty second of Rabie Al-Awal 1444 H. Corresponding to eighteenth of October 2022 G.
  • A. The name of Ras Al Khaimah Centre for Statistics and Studies shall be amended to become" Ras Al Khaimah Center for Statistics".
    B. The name of the Center shall be amended in accordance with provisions of paragraph (A) of this Article wherever it is mentioned in Law No. 2 of 2016.
  • This law shall come into force as date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
