Executive Council Resolution No. (3) of 2017 on Payment of Ras Al Khaimah International Airport Using Fee by Passengers We, Mohamed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince Chairman of Executive Council After perusal of Law no. (7) of 2012 on Establishing Executive Council of Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah; And Law no. (1) of 2012 on Regulating Department of Civil Aviation in Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah; And Understanding Memorandum concluded among Civil Aviation Authorities in the State on 27/1/2016; And based upon approval of Executive Council in its first meeting for the year 2017 on 20/2/2017; And based on what public interest requires; have resolved the following: Article 1 Fee Payment 1- Upon leaving emirate of Ras Al Khaimah through its airport to outside United Arab Emirates, each passenger, including transit one, shall pay fee amounting to thirty-five (35) dirham against using airport facilities. 2- Passengers under two years old, aircraft pilots and crews while performing their duties and transit passengers having same flight number for arrival and departure from the airport, shall be excluded from the fee referred to in clause (A) of this article. Article 2 Fee Collection Airlines operating in Ras Al Khaimah International Airport shall be responsible for collecting the fee referred to in Article (1) of this Resolution upon issuing air tickets to customers thereof whether inside or outside United Arab Emirates as date of 20/7/2017 whenever departure is from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and these airlines should transfer proceeds of this fee to Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah. Article 3 Fee Devolution Proceeds of fee collected under provisions of this Resolution shall devolve upon Ras Al Khaimah Government account / Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah. Article 4 This Resolution shall come into force as date of its promulgation. Mohamed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince Chairman of Executive Council Promulgated by us on this day, twenty third of Jumada Al Oula, 1438 H. Corresponding to twentieth of February, 2017 G.
  • Fee Payment
    1- Upon leaving emirate of Ras Al Khaimah through its airport to outside United Arab Emirates, each passenger, including transit one, shall pay fee amounting to thirty-five (35) dirham against using airport facilities.

  • Fee Collection
