Law No (1) of 2017 On Amending Law No. (1) of 2012 On Organizing Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah After perusal of Law No. 1 of 2012 on Organizing Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate, as amended; And Law No. 1 of 2013 on Human Resources; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following law: Article 1 Article (2) of Law No. 1 of 2012 on Organizing Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate shall be replaced by the following text: “Department of Civil Aviation shall have an administratively independent legal personality and shall have independent budget and necessary legal capacity to undertake all works and acts that ensure achieving objectives thereof and it shall be subject to processes and procedures of human resources according to Law no. 1 of 2013 on Department of Human Resources” Article 2 This Law shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette. Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Promulgated by us on this day twentieth of Rabi Al-Thani 1438 H. Corresponding to eighteenth of January 2017 G.
  • Article (2) of Law No. 1 of 2012 on Organizing Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate shall be replaced by the following text:
    “Department of Civil Aviation shall have an administratively independent legal personality and shall have independent budget and necessary legal capacity to undertake all works and acts that ensure achieving objectives thereof and it shall be subject to processes and procedures of human resources according to Law no. 1 of 2013 on Department of Human Resources” 
     
  • This Law shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette.
