Law No (4) of 2014 On amending Law No. (2) of 2014 We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah After perusal of Law No. (1) of 2012 on Organizing Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate; And Law No. (2) of 2014 on Amending Law No. (1) of 2012; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following law: Article 1 The third paragraph of the second article of Law No. (2) of 2014 shall be amended by adding clause (9) to paragraph (D) thereof to be read along the remaining clauses thereof as follows: 9- Despite what had been stated in the two clauses 7 and 8 of this paragraph, the Committee, before the expiration of the extended period stipulated in clause 7/D of this paragraph, is entitled to submit a written request to President of the Department indicating therein the progress of the report and their need to get sufficient time to complete it along with stating reasons and justifications of the request. If President of the Department is satisfied by these reasons and justifications, he may grant the Committee, by resolution issued by him, an additional period not exceeding three months, as date of expiry of the period mentioned in the seventh clause of this paragraph. Article 2 This Law shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette. Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Promulgated by us on this day fifteenth of Safar 1436 H. Corresponding to seventh day of December 2014G.
  • The third paragraph of the second article of Law No. (2) of 2014 shall be amended by adding clause (9) to paragraph (D) thereof to be read along the remaining clauses thereof as follows:
