( This law is repealed by Law No(16) for 2023 We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah After perusal of the Constitution; And Federal Law No. (11) of 1992 on Civil Procedures, as amended; And Federal Decree Law No. (33) of 2021 on Regulating Work Relationships; And Law No. (9) of 2016 on Judicial Fees, as amended; And based on approval of the Executive Council. promulgated the following Law: Article (1) Clause 3 of Article (30) of Law No. (9) of 2016 on Judicial Fees in Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah shall be replaced by the following text: “3-Labor lawsuits in all stages of litigation and execution and requests filed by labors or beneficiaries thereof which value does not exceed exemption limit stated in Federal Decree Law No. (33) of 2021 on Regulating Work Relationships.” Article (2) Any other provision contradicts with provisions of this law shall be repealed. Article (3) This resolution shall come into force as date of its promulgation and any previous resolution contradicts therewith shall be repealed.
