Resolution No. (21) of 2024 On Amending Resolution No. (15) of 2021 We, Mohamed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince After perusal of Law No. (3) of 2015 on Technical Systems for Establishments Security, as amended; And Emiri Decree No. (6) of 2015 on Establishing General Resources Authority in Ras Al Khaimah; And Resolution No. (21) of 2015; And Resolution No. (15) of 2021; And Resolution No. (11) of 2023; And after approval of the Executive Council; promulgated the following Resolution: - Article (1) The following clause shall be added to fees schedule for issuing security approvals and users of security technical service attached to Resolution no. (15) of 2021, amended by Resolution no. (11) of 2023: Tenth Subscription to under construction buildings permit system and renewal thereof 1- 1 to 4 cameras surveillance system installation permit or renewal thereof. AED 150 2- 5 to 8 cameras surveillance system installation permit or renewal thereof. AED 250 3- 9 or more cameras surveillance system installation permit or renewal thereof. AED 350 Article (2) Each provision violates the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed. Article (3) This Resolution shall come into force as date of promulgating it and be published in the Official Gazette.
