Emiri Decree No. (31) of 2003 On Establishing Investment and Development Office in Ras Al Khaimah Government …. ( This Decree has been amended by Emiri Decree (2) of 2008 And Decree No. (1) of 2009 And Emiri Decree No. (21) of 2011 And Emiri Decree No. (31) of 2012 ) We, Saqr Bin Mohamed Bin Salim Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah & Dependencies Thereof And based on what had been presented to us by Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following: Article 1 An office shall be established in Ras Al Khaimah Government and named as (Investment & Development Office) and it shall report directly to by Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler. Article 2 The mentioned Office shall perform the following tasks: a. Prepare feasible studies pf investment projects in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate. b. Promote and market investment projects and work to attract investments to the Emirate from inside the UAE or from abroad. c. Study developing and expanding existing industrial and tourist projects in the Emirate. d. Cooperate and coordinate with concerned authorities to update and develop legislation and systems related to investment in the Emirate. e. Any other activities and tasks entrusted to the Office by Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler. Article 3 A Chief Executive Officer shall assume the management of the Office and be appointed by Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler and he shall present monthly reports thereto of the Office achievements and plans. Article 4 Thid Decree shall come into force as date of 1/1/2004. Saqr Bin Mohamed Bin Salim Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah & Dependencies Thereof Promulgated by us on this day seventh of Dhul Qidah 1424H. Corresponding to thirty of October 2003G.
  • An office shall be established in Ras Al Khaimah Government and named as (Investment & Development Office) and it shall report directly to by Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler.
     
  • The mentioned Office shall perform the following tasks:
    a. Prepare feasible studies pf investment projects in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate.

  • Thid Decree shall come into force as date of 1/1/2004.
