Decision No (16) of 2024 On the Appointment of the Members of the Digital Transformation Committee in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah We, Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Having pursued the Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2004 regarding the establishment of the Electronic Government Authority, and Emiri Decree No. (15) of 2024, regarding the Establishment of the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Transformation Committee We decided as follows: Article 1: The Digital Transformation Committee shall be chaired by Sheikh Saqr Bin Saud Al Qasimi - Chairman, and the membership of: 1. Sheikha Amneh Bin Saud Al Qasimi Vice Chairman 2. Mr. Rashed Iqbal Member and Secretary 3. Mr. Dongjun Choi Member 4. Mr. Pietro Magnoni Member Article 2: The Digital Transformation Committee shall prepare and adopt its charter and any amendments necessary for its functioning. Article 3: The Digital Transformation Committee shall hold its meetings upon request of the Chairman as and when necessary and in accordance with its charter, and shall issue its decisions by the majority of votes, however, in case votes are equal, the Chairman shall have a casting vote. Article 4: The term of the Committee shall be three (3) years. Such term may be renewed by a decision of the Ruler or his representative. Even after the expiry of its term, the Committee will continue to exercise its powers and its decisions will remain valid until appointment of a new Committee. Article 5: The Chairman of the Committee may temporarily replace or substitute any of the Committee members, incase of an actual or potential conflict of interest. Article 6: All government entities must provide support to the Digital Transformation Committee as and when required. Article 7: Any text in contradiction herewith shall be deemed null and void. Article 8: This Decision shall take effect from the date of its issue and shall be published in the official gazette.   • The Digital Transformation Committee shall be chaired by Sheikh Saqr Bin Saud Al Qasimi - Chairman, and the membership of:
