Emiri Decree
Emiri Decree No. (31) of 2012 We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah After perusal of Emiri Decree No. (21) of 2011 on Amending Emiri Decree No. (31) of 2003, as amended on Establishing Investment & Development Office in Ras Al Khaimah Government.; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following: Article 1 The text of Clause 1 of Article 5 of Emiri Decree No. (21) of 2011 shall be replaced by the following text: 1. The Office shall have a Board of Directors consisting of no more than seven directors, including the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board, who shall be appointed by a resolution promulgated by the Ruler, and the membership of the Board may be combined with the position of Chief Executive Officer, and the term of membership of the Board shall be three renewable years. Article 2 Other articles of the mentioned Decree shall remain in force with no change or amendment. Article 3 This Decree shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette. Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Promulgated by us on this day sixth of Dhul Hijja 1433H. Corresponding to twenty second of October 2012G.
  • The text of Clause 1 of Article 5 of Emiri Decree No. (21) of 2011 shall be replaced by the following text:  
    1.   • Other articles of the mentioned Decree shall remain in force with no change or amendment. 

     
  • This Decree shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette.
