Renewal of Deposit Receipt

This service allows companies to extend the deposit confiscation period in order to help them submit the required documents at the specified time, or to extend the deposit confiscation period for a period of up to three years due to ongoing projects.

Step 1

Login as a registered user and click the service link from home page.

Step 2

Enter your Importer code and the other required fields and then submit your request. You can support your request by uploading attachments, like images and documents. If you do not have an Imported code, you will be redirected to the ‘Issue of Importer Code’ request page.

Step 3

After submitting the request, you will receive ab SMS/email with the Reference number. You can visit “My Request” for tracking your request.

Step 4

The request will be finalized by the Financial Resources Section.

Required Documents

1. An official letter.
2. The deposit receipt.
3. The customs declaration.
