Emiri Decree No. (5) of 2017 On Amending Emiri Decree No. (4) of 2016 We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Ruler After perusal of Emiri Decree No. 12 of 2015 on Establishing Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre, as amended; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following: Article 1 The Board of Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre may extend the period stipulated in Article Seven of Decree No. (4) of 2016 to the extent deemed necessary by the Board to conduct regularization for entities and companies. Article 2 Any text shall be repealed to the extent that it conflicts with the provisions of this Decree. Article 3 This Decree shall come into force as of date and be published in the Official Gazette.
