SheikhSaqr Program for Government Excellence is considered as one of the government organizations entrusted with the development of the public sector in the Ras Al khaimah (RAK), in all its strategic, operational, regulatory and human aspects and levels. The program was established under Emiri Decree No. (10) of 2004 dated 23/10/2004.The program consists of four main units: Scholarships & Students Development Program, RAK Competitiveness Office, Organizational Excellence Award, and RAK Award for Educational Excellence.
