Opening a Limited Liability Company

This service allows you to submit a request to open a Limited Liability Company through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1.    Fill out the License Application Form at the Department of Economic Developmentin Ras Al Khaimah
2.    Submit all the required documents
3.    Pay the fee
4.    Collect the License 

Required Documents
     ✓ Passport copies for all partners and residency/visa details regarding expatriates, in addition to Family Books and ID cards copies for citizens
     ✓ Copy of the Managing Director’s Passport (if not one of the partners).
     ✓ Proof of Capital in the case of Limited Liability Companies by way of a letter from a bank or Account Statements from an accredited auditor as requested by the Department of Economic Development
     ✓ Approval from other Governmental bodies according to the activity
     ✓ No Objection letter for expatriate partners, certified by the Chamber of Commerce (if they do not work at the same establishment)
     ✓ Original Rent Contract certified by the Municipality and a Copy of Property Ownership after approval from the Inspection Division at the Department of Economic Development regarding the site
     ✓ Certification of Partnership Contract by the Notary Public present at the Department of Economic Development
     ✓ Certification of Partnership Contract by the Ministry of Economy (through the typing centers at the Department of Economic Development)
