It is to terminate the  Power of Attorney by the applicant of cancellation whether the attorney or the principal. Therefore, the power of attorney shall be null and void after serving the dismissed party a notice. 
(Pursuant to Article 955 of Civil Transactions Law No. 5 of 1985)
