Deletion of Customs Transaction 

his service enables employees and customers to request deletion of customs transactions by Ras Al Khaimah Customs and the other competent authorities.

Step 1

Login as a registered user and click the service link from home page.

Step 2

Enter the transaction number and the other required fields and then submit your request. You can support your request by uploading attachments, like images and documents. 

Step 3

After submitting the request, you will receive ab SMS/email with the Reference number. You can visit “My Request” for tracking your request.

Step 4

You will be notified via email when the deletion of the customs transaction is approved. If any errors or observations are found, the transaction will be returned for amendment, or it will be totally rejected.
