Citizens Housing Building and Construction Maintenance Permit Issuance

This service enables the applicant to submit a Request for a Maintenance Permit after providing the required documents.

Process Description

     ✓ Submit the Application Form along with the required documents to Customer Service to be checked
     ✓ The application is then forwarded to the Licensing Engineer for approval 
     ✓ Upon approval, Customer Service will print the permit
     ✓ It is forwarded to the Licensing Department for final approval
     ✓ The permit is forwarded to Customer Service to be handed over tothe applicant upon fee payment

Required Documents
     ✓ Plot documents (blueprint, ownership and map)
     ✓ Standing Building Permits
     ✓ Contractor’s Trade License
     ✓ Contracting License (for buildings and showrooms)
     ✓ Letter from the owner (in case of shop maintenance or rented property)
     ✓ Pledge to dispose waste and residue (issued by the Department of Public Works)
     ✓ Commitment to install a project board
