Changing the Location of Activity Practice

This service allows you to submit a request to change the location of activities through the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Process Description 
1. Fill out the application form at the Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah
2. Submit the required documents
3. Pay the fee
4. Collect the new license 

Required Documents
     ✓ Original Department of Economic Development and Chamber license (if valid)
     ✓ OriginalRent Contract certified by the Municipality and a copy of Property Ownership after approval from the Inspection Division at the Department of Economic Development regarding the site
     ✓ Disclaimer from the previous property owner
     ✓ Approval from other governmental bodies in regard to the change of location (if required)
     ✓ Report certified by the Department of Consumer Control and Protection
