RAK Municipality works on providing a comfortable environment in which people can live and work. All municipal departments are connected to each other using automation systems to ensure the coherence and speed of procedure, which consequently leads to the improvement of employee performance and speed in the completion and provision of first class services to customers, and accuracy in the execution of procedures.

RAK Municipality consists of many departments and divisions, including the Health Department, Building and Engineering Department, Urban Planning Department, Services and Support Department, Lands and Property Sector, Properties and Service Facilities Management Department, Corporate Communications Office and the Organisational Excellence Office.
