Service Enquiry

Management of Facility Account

This service allows companies to manage their facility accounts, whether by opening the account, increasing/decreasing balance therein or closing the account.

Step 1

Login as a registered user and click the service link from home page.

Step 2

Enter your Importer code and the other required fields and then submit your request. You can support your request by uploading attachments, like images and documents. If you do not have an Imported code, you will be redirected to the ‘Issue of Importer Code’ request page.

Step 3

Submit the form and you will receive SMS / mail confirmation about the Request with Reference number or you can visit to “My Request” for tracking your request.

Step 4

The request will be finalized by the Financial Resources Section.

Required Documents

1. An official letter from the owner of the company concerning the submitted request.
2. A valid trade license.
3. A valid trade license issued by the free zone authority (in the event that the company is located within any of the free zones in Ras Al Khaimah).
