Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council presents its Executive Plan for 2018 January 22,2018

Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council members presented the executive plan of the council for 2018 during their meeting with His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Abdul Latif Khalifa, Secretary General of the Executive Council of Ras Al Khaimah.
During his meeting with the delegation, His Excellency the Secretary General congratulated the members on the second term of the Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council. He highlighted the council’s role in representing the youth of the UAE in general, and the youth of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in particular. His Excellency stressed the important role of youth in achieving the UAE vision of 2021. His Excellency also expressed the support of the General Secretariat of the Youth Council in order to reach the desired goals of executing the instructions of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Executive Council.
During the meeting, the members of the council were introduced to, and briefed on the National Agenda for Youth that the council is acting on, as well as its role, objectives and organizational structure. The 2018 plan for the Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council was also presented by the members of the council. They discussed the plan in the context of studying the cooperation in implementing the plan with the secretariat.
The Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council reviewed the most important initiatives that will be implemented in the Emirate in cooperation with governmental and private bodies, and under the supervision and support of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Ras Al Khaimah.
His Excellency the Secretary General stressed the importance of youth participation in the UAE’s process of development. His Excellency also added that the Youth Council will receive the necessary support in its implementation of its plan and the establishment of initiatives, events and programs that bring valuable and useful results for youth. His Excellency also stressed his interest in the values of the young Emiratis and in rooting them in the youth through initiatives and special programs.
The members of Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council in return, expressed their pride in the support of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, for initiatives and projects for youth. They also expressed gratitude for His Excellency’s continuous guidance in interacting with youth across all groups and specialties, and providing them with suitable services that enable them to be active members in supporting the development of the UAE.
