Saud bin Saqr attends graduation of 72 students at RAK Academy April 19,2017

RAS AL KHAIMAH, 19th April, 2017 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, stressed that the high standard of education as well as the latest programmes and technologies achieved by the country exemplifies the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Supreme Council Members their Highnesses Rulers of the Emirates, aimed at enhancing and promoting government and academic educations to be on par with developed countries.

The remarks were made when Sheikh Saud attended the graduation ceremony of 72 Grade 12 students at Ras al-Khaimah Academy 2016-2017, at the theatre of the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development's Centre in Ras-al Khaimah.

He said that the attention given by the UAE leadership is gleaned from their Highnesses' recognition of the importance of the comprehensive development and investment in human resources through qualifications to promote sustainable development in the country.

He also called on the graduates to work hard for the benefit of their homeland to position the country in the highest stature globally.

The RAK Ruler congratulated the teaching, administrative staff, and parents, and urged the students to continue their education as it holds an important position in the first step toward success. Sheikh Saud wished the graduates luck and success in their future ambitions.
