Executive Council Resolution No. (7) of 2025 On Approving Fees and Violations Schedules of Law No. (12) of 2021 On Regulating Demolition &Removal Works In Ras Al Khaimah Emirate We, Mohamed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince & Chairman of Executive Council After perusal of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Law of 1981, as amended; And Law No. (7) of 2012 on Establishing Executive Council of Ras Al Khaimah Emirate; And Law No. (12) of 2021 on Regulating Demolition & Removal Works in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate and Executive Regulation thereof; And after approval of the Executive Council; have promulgated the following Resolution: Article (1) The following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of text requires otherwise: Department: Ras Al Khamiah Municipality Department Administration: Buildings Administration in the Department Director-General: Director-General of the Department Article (2) The fees specified in fees schedule attached to this resolution shall be imposed in consideration of obtaining the services set forth opposite each of them. Article (3) Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed in the laws in force, whoever commits any of the acts stipulated in the schedule of violations attached to this Resolution shall be punished by the fine and the measures specified against each of them and the fine shall be doubled in the event of repeating the same violation within one year from the date of committing the previous one. Article (4) Any interested party may file grievance to the Administration against the violations, fines and measures taken against him in application of this Resolution provisions, within thirty days from the date of notifying him of the fine or measure complained therefrom and Technical Committee for Demolition and Removal or any of the grievance committees determined by the Director General shall decide on this grievance within thirty days from the date of submitting it and the decision issued on the grievance shall be final. Article (5) The Department may reconcile with the violator in consideration of an amount not less than one quarter of the value of the fine prescribed for the violation, provided that the causes of the violation are removed within the period determined by the Administration. Article (6) All fees and fines shall devolve upon treasury of the Department and the unpaid thereof shall be collected through a claim issued by the Director General indicating therein the name of the debtor and his legal representative and the due amounts and this claim shall be considered writ of execution to be executed by the competent Execution Judge in accordance with Civil Procedures Law provisions. Article (7) Each provision in other Resolution contradicts with provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed. Article (8) This Resolution shall come into force as date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette. Mohamed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince & Chairman of Executive Council Promulgated by us on this day twenty sixth of Shawal 1446H. Corresponding to twenty fourth of April 2025G.
  • The following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of text requires otherwise:

    Administration: Buildings Administration in the Department
    Director-General: Director-General of the Department


  • The fees specified in fees schedule attached to this resolution shall be imposed in consideration of obtaining the services set forth opposite each of them.
