Law No. (4) of 2025 On Amending Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis Name We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Ruler After perusal of Law No. (2) of 2023 on Establishing Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis; And Decree No. (23) of 2023 on The Geographical Locations of Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis; And based on what public interest requires; have promulgated the following law: Article 1 The name 'Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis' shall be amended to 'Innovation City' and 'Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis Authority' shall become 'Innovation City Authority' wherever stated in Law No. 2 of 2023 and Decree No. 23 of 2023. Article 2 All authorities shall conduct regularization in accordance with the provisions of this Law within 30 days from promulgation date thereof. Article 3 Any provision or text in other local legislation shall be repealed to the extent it conflicts with the provisions of this Law. Article 4 This Law shall come into force as date of its promulgation and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
