Resolution No. 9 of 2009 -After perusal of Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2005 on Establishment of Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA); -Emiri Decree No. (14) of 2009, amending the said Decree; and -As may be dictated by public interest, We resolved as follows: Article (1) Companies registered in free zones under the control of Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA)are permitted to practice their activities within the lands owned by Authority; including Marjan Island. Article (2) Companies registered in free zones are permitted to use offices located at premises of Al Hamra Commercial Center and Amenity Center as administrative offices and staff of such companies are permitted to accommodate inside residential communities of Authority. Article (3) This Resolution shall come into force as of the date of its promulgation. SAUD BIN SAQR BIN MUHAMED Al QASIMI Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Promulgated on this day 10th of Ramadan, 1430 A.H.
