Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2026 On Promulgating Two Schedules of Fees and Violations of Law No. (3) of 2023 On Controlling Public Health Pest Control Pesticides Trading We, Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah & Chairman of the Executive Council After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2022 on Promulgating Civil Procedures Law, as amended; And Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Law of 1981, as amended; And Law No. (7) of 2012 on Establishing Executive Council of Ras Al Khaimah Emirate; And Law No. (3) of 2023 On Controlling Public Health Pest Control Pesticides Trading; And after approval of the Executive Council; have promulgated the following Resolution: Article (1) The Municipality Department shall charge the fees outlined in the fee schedule attached to this Resolution against the services specified next to each of them. Article (2) Without prejudice to any more severe penalty stipulated by any other law, anyone who commits any of the acts outlined in violations schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be punished by the fine specified next to each of them. The fine shall be doubled if the same violation had been repeated within one year from the date of committing the previous one. Article (3) The proceeds of the fees and fines collected under this Resolution shall devolve upon the Department treasury and they shall be collected in case of non-payment thereof through a claim issued by the Director General or his delegate, specifying the name of the debtor and the due amount. This claim shall be considered writ of execution to be implemented by the competent execution judge in accordance with Civil Procedures Law. Article (4) Each provision contradicts with provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed. Article (5) This Resolution shall come into force from promulgation date thereof and be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Crown Prince & Chairman of the Executive Council Promulgated by us on this day eighteenth of Rajab 1447H. Corresponding to seventh of January 2026G.
