Create divorce / take-off modification attestation request

The E-service will allow Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department’s clients easily and through simple steps to submit requests to modify the divorce / take-off documents issued by the department in 2014 and after that. Through this service, the applicant will first specify the number and year of the original document and then enter the ID numbers of both parties and the required modification in addition to attaching a document supporting the submitted modification request. For original documents which were issued before 2014, the applicant must visit the Attestation Section to take the necessary action and do the needful.
