The training center was set up at Ras Al Khaimah E-Government Authority, in the second of August 2009, in order to seek to nurture a society able to cope with e-life and digital information, through the development of scientific competence and professional staff of local departments In particular, citizens and residents in general.

The center Has been setup with the latest hardware and software technology that will help in getting access to modern and high-level training, and ensure the access information for all trainees easily and proficiency, as well as providing a suitable environment for communication between trainer and trainee, and the manner in which the design center by allowing the possibility of working groups, and participation effective for all trainees.
 

According to our main focus to build strategic relationships with local departments and strategic partners, we provide Training Centre for establishment of training courses and workshops for local constituencies.
 

The center is conducting three periods in the morning to accommodate 60 trainees, as well as 40 trainees in the evening period, bringing the total trainees per day to 100 trainees.
 

The main objectives of the Centre is to ensure and associate the latest training courses and academic degrees and professional recognized locally and internationally, where we have an agreement with the University of Cambridge International in cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh center becomes one of those universally adopted for the rehabilitation of trainees for a (certificate of Cambridge International Diploma in IT Skills).
The cover of this certificate is the first qualification of its kind in the Middle East, major programs of the uses of the business community, students and housewives, and state institutions, academics and all segments of society and include programs for the use of the Internet and tables in electronic and word processing, databases are more sophisticated programs, which are essential in all uses and applications of Computer.
